We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to join our committed team. This exciting role combines high-quality classroom support with responsibility for delivering planned class cover across the school, providing the successful candidate with a varied and rewarding opportunity to contribute to teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will:
- Provide high-quality support for teaching and learning across the school.
- Work with individuals, small groups and whole classes under the direction of the class teacher.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support children's progress.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
- Build strong relationships with children, staff, parents and carers.
- Contribute positively to the Christian ethos and wider life of our school.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Deliver planned whole-class cover across the school in the absence of teaching colleagues.
- Implement teachers' planning and maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour during cover sessions.
- Adapt confidently to working across different age groups and subjects.

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience of working effectively with primary-aged children.
- Has the confidence and classroom management skills to lead whole-class learning during planned cover sessions.
- Can deliver targeted interventions and support pupils to make strong progress.
- Demonstrates high expectations of learning, behaviour and inclusion.
- Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Is flexible and able to work across different classes and age groups.
- Supports and promotes the Christian vision and values of the school.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
