Part Time Teaching Assistant Key Stage 1

3 days 16.25 hours Tues-Thurs

Grade 4A/B depending on experience

Required from January 2027

We are delighted to be seeking an enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, working primarily within Key Stage 1.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing children with the very best start to their education. You will be a nurturing, enthusiastic and positive presence in our KS1 classrooms, supporting children to develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.

The successful candidate will have high expectations of themselves and the children they support. You will be able to inspire, motivate and appropriately challenge pupils of all abilities, while recognising and celebrating individual strengths and achievements. Most importantly, you will genuinely care about children and be committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential.

Working closely with our teachers and wider school team, you will contribute to creating an engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued, listened to and supported. We are looking for someone who is willing to get involved, share ideas and become an integral part of our school community.
