Transformation and Improvement Officer M470
Charnwood Borough Council is seeking a Transformation and Improvement Officer to lead the delivery of transformation initiatives across the Council.
We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Transformation and Improvement Officer to support the Council through a significant period of change, including preparation for local government reorganisation and transition. This is an exciting opportunity to help services improve how they work, make better use of data and digital tools, and deliver positive outcomes for residents, customers and communities.
You will be organised, analytical and confident working with a range of people across the organisation. You will be able to turn information into practical insight, challenge existing ways of working constructively, and help colleagues understand and adopt new processes, systems and approaches.
We are looking for someone who can build positive working relationships, communicate clearly, facilitate discussions, and manage competing priorities. Experience of service improvement, project support, business analysis, digital transformation, performance reporting or local government would be an advantage, but most important is your ability to work collaboratively, use evidence to solve problems and support meaningful change.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Council in this new role, where you will have the opportunity to shape the strategy by supporting various corporate projects and initiatives.
