    Position: Female Waking Night Project Worker
    Location: Hemel Hempstead
    Salary: £28,152 per annum
    Hours: Full-time (40.25 hours per week)

    Join our friendly team at Fletcher Way as a Female Waking Night Worker. Based in a modern, purpose-built supported living service in Hemel Hempstead, you'll support adults with physical and learning disabilities in an environment that empowers people to live as independently as possible.

    The Role

    • Support vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing
    • Provide personal care when required, always upholding dignity
    • Offer emotional support and respond to any crises
    • Administer medication and complete light household tasks
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secure
    • Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs

    Working Pattern:
    4 waking night shifts across a two-week rolling rota, working 20:15 to 07:45. The rota includes weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in cover where required.

    You are caring, reliable and motivated, with a compassionate approach, treating others with respect, working collaboratively and empowering people to live fulfilling lives.

    Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification

    A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
