What You’ll Be Doing
As the Wellbeing Leader, you will coach and support teams to deliver compassionate, values-based and person-centered, safe care/support, and delivering outcomes.
The main essence of the role is coaching a self-management team and reviewing quality to ensure that teams are continuously learning and improving in strength-based support. You will be the overall safeguarding and co-production lead and accountable for the service to CQC.
You will be the overall lead for supporting people to maintain successful tenancies in Charlie Ratchford Court.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
