Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a passionate individual who wants to help us make a difference to local communities here in Charnwood, Leicestershire. The role involves leading our housing planned maintenance and improvement, and compliance functions to maintain decent, safe homes which meet the needs of our circa 5400 tenants and 400 leaseholders. An experienced housing professional, leader, and first-class communicator, you will be used to managing large capital and revenue budgets, procuring and managing contracts, determining and delivering programmes of work, and improving services.
