About the role
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a difference to our residents? Crawley Homes are looking for a dedicated Housing Assistant to join our Tenancy Services Team. What you'll be doing:
As a Housing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality housing services. Your responsibilities will include:
- managing direct debit processes and rent control tasks
- handling low-level rent arrears and processing refunds
- supporting tenancy management team including mutual exchanges, name changes, and tenancy queries
- assisting with the voids and lettings process – from receiving keys to creating tenancy agreements
- responding to housing enquiries and maintaining accurate records
What we're looking for:
- proven admin experience, ideally in housing or local government
- excellent communication and organisational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
