Your priority focus will be ensuring legislative compliance in providing safe and well-maintained properties, including fire safety. Undertaking investigations and inspections of residential properties and the preparation and service of relevant statutory notices; considering other enforcement action where necessary and providing related advice and assistance to residents. <strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>About You:</strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, IT, customer care and communication skills.
