Ensure we have the right people in the right place to support our communities.
As our Resource Planning Clerk, you’ll be making sure that we have the right resource in place to meet the demands of our Contact Management Department.
The Contact Management Department take over 3000 calls per day, the team handling the calls work shifts covering 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and you’ll be helping make sure there is always someone available to help at the other end of the phone.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the deployment of resources within the department
- Provide excellent customer service and resolving queries
- Support duty management with any applications for annual leave, TOIL, rest days and flexi
The must haves
- Have effective communication skills and able to adapt communication style
- Experience of working in a high-pressure environment
- Experience of input, retrieval and interrogation of computer systems.
