Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is searching for the latest member of #TeamCBC!
We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer focused, a team player and wants help improve our local communities in Charnwood.
The Council is recruiting for a Leasehold Officer to work Part-time, 18 hours (Monday – Friday - 12:00pm - 16:30pm, Wednesday day off).
We are looking to recruit a forward thinking and enthusiastic individual who will support our leasehold service and help to develop it to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be customer focussed, motivated and have an interest in data manipulation.
To be a success in this role, you will have previous office experience, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a high level of numeracy, extensive knowledge and experience of using and supporting computer systems, including software such as databases, spread sheets, and word processing packages. Experience in leasehold management would be an advantage while not essential.
