·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience and detailed knowledge of maintenance issues and the ability to advise on complex technical problems.




·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Positive “can do” attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A degree, or equivalent, in Building Surveying or related discipline.




·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CIH Level 4 or willingness to undertake this training.
