Our Team:
You will be part of our central Communications and Marketing team but with strong ties to our network of Family Hubs across the borough.
We are close-knit, small, but impactful team of experienced communications and marketing professionals. We have created a supportive environment where all ideas and contributions are valued and where a great team spirit means we all pull together to get the job done.
Hours: 18.5 per week flexible working hours scheme. Working pattern negotiable.
Your Contributions:
No two days will be the same as you provide support and guidance to keep local families, communities and partners informed and engaged around the Family Hub offer. As well as applying your all-round communications skills, this will mean using your great organisational and analytical skills to help you keep multiple projects on target and on track. In particular you will be responsible for:
- Delivering, monitoring and if necessary adapting the Family Hubs Communications and Engagement plan to support the achievement of Family Hub objectives.
- Identifying opportunities for positive internal and external publicity, researching/producing engaging content and providing associated photographic and video support where appropriate.
- Liaising with external partner agencies to coordinate joint communications activity.
