Description

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for making a difference and a knack for organising, problem-solving, and teamwork? Ready to kick-start your career in a role that blends purpose, innovation, and real-world impact?

We’re looking for two Graduate Project Officers to join our Change Team & IT department. You’ll be right at the heart of our transformation journey—supporting projects that shape the future of policing and public service.

This is a 18 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting project managers and senior leaders to deliver meaningful change.
• Helping plan, track, and deliver projects from start to finish.
• Researching, analysing, and reporting on key issues to help drive smart decisions.
• Organising meetings, capturing actions, and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Building great relationships across teams and with external partners.

The must haves

• A degree (or Master’s) in Policing, Criminology, Business, IT, Maths, or a related subject.
• Experience in admin or project support (internships, placements, or part-time roles).
• A curious mind, a can-do attitude, and a love for learning.
• Great communication skills—written and verbal.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint).
