You will be able to work in a high demand service, providing advice, support and signposting to council tenants. You will be skilled in discussing sometimes challenging issues in a supportive and empathic way. You will be skilled in keeping accurate records and in working with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for customers.</span></p><p><span>You’ll be working in a directorate that is dedicated to empowering people from different communities and backgrounds to come together, live well and thrive, supported by our city-wide work on fairness, inclusion, and engagement. You’ll have an ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, an understanding of the needs of our different communities and residents, and the skills to ensure accessibility and inclusion in your work.</span></p><p><span>We have a number of vacancies available, with some flexible working including working from home to support a positive work/live balance.
