You bring a wealth of expertise in managing sensitive and complex situations with professionalism and integrity.</p>\n<p>You will have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>In-depth experience working within children’s social care, with a clear understanding of the needs of vulnerable children and families.</p></li>\n<li><p>Substantial experience of making complex decisions, gathering and recording highly sensitive information, and evaluating outcomes to ensure safe and effective service delivery.</p></li>\n<li><p>A strong ability to analyse information, assess risk, and make sound professional judgements to determine appropriate interventions.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>You are an accomplished leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams. As the Team Manager in our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), you will play a pivotal role in protecting children and young people across Luton.
