SEN Progress Coach
Fixed Term Contract - 6 months - 1st September 2026 - 31st March 2027
We are seeking a highly motivated, committed and organised individual to join our high performing Study Programme team.
The role will work as part of the SEN and Alternative Provision teams, to address and Co-ordinate the needs of learners who have an Education, Health and Care Plan. The successful applicant will provide an efficient and informative administration service within the Study Programme department, Co-ordinate and hold EHCP annual reviews.
The ideal candidates will have a commitment to improving the confidence, skills, abilities and future opportunities of learners with Special Education Needs aged primarily between 16 and 25.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Establish effective working relationships with learners.
- Establish effective relationships with schools.
- Provide an effective communication route between learners, wellbeing officers, tutors and department managers.
- Assess, monitor, support and record learner progress.
- Conduct EHCP reviews with key stakeholders.
- Work as part of a team to achieve timely results.
