The program focuses on helping disadvantaged individuals, including refugees from Ukraine, Syria, and other regions, overcome barriers to employment, develop skills, and access opportunities for work or self-employment.</p>\n<p>You will provide one-to-one support, create tailored action plans, and offer coaching to help individuals find sustainable employment.
