We are looking to appoint a Study Room Supervisor who will provide not only additional administrative support to the Sixth Form Team but also mentoring support for our Sixth Form students. This post is specified for a male worker as per an occupational requirement to enable us to use mix-gender co-facilitators in our groupwork with fathers.Positive Change Service delivers psycho-educational interventions with perpetrators, survivors and children impacted by domestic abuse. The role manages and provides leadership of the performance, activities and operation of the Digital Experience Unit Portfolio Office, working closely with all delivery leads across the unit and wider GLA as necessary. Reporting to the Principal Programme Delivery Officer, you will support a varied portfolio of implementation and delivery programmes to enhance and add to London’s network of green infrastructure.
The Green Infrastructure Team’s portfolio includes work on Nature/Biodiversity/Rewilding, Trees &amp; Woodlands and Green Spaces &amp; Urban Greening, plus cross-cutting issues, such as data &amp; evidence, strategy &amp; planning, green finance and more. You will support cross-cutting programme management, as well as support individual projects and programmes across the team. Tasks will vary, but will include supporting the running of governance processes, supporting communications and engagement, providing administrative and business support for the Head of Green Infrastructure and across the team, coordinating the team’s input into corporate and Mayoral procedures, maintaining oversight for deadlines and information requests and ensure the team responds in a timely fashion and supporting procurement and contract management.
To succeed in the role, you’ll need to be collaborative, flexible and willing to learn across a wide portfolio. You’ll need to have strong abilities in project or programme support and coordination. While policy or technical expertise in a green infrastructure topic area would be helpful, it is not necessary for someone who can learn quickly. You must be comfortable in working across the team with different working styles, translating senior leader requests into action, coordinating and influencing people more senior to you to complete tasks in a timely manner, and dealing with iterative change.

The Mayor’s Infrastructure Coordination Service (ICS) is an innovative, award-winning, multi-disciplinary team that partners with industry to improve infrastructure planning and delivery across the capital. With its fast-paced approach and focus on piloting new ways of working on-the-ground, the ICS uses the Mayor’s convening power to develop best practice and create longstanding change throughout the sector.
<h2>About the role</h2>
The ICS is looking for to appoint a Senior Technical Officer to deliver projects and programmes that respond to the Mayor’s priorities for water supply, wastewater and flood risk, including recommendations outlined in the London Climate Resilience Review.
The role is focused on convening partners to deliver long term infrastructure plans for the water sector, including integrated water management strategies and progressing wider climate resilience and growth priorities, working with stakeholders such as Environment Agency, Thames Water and London boroughs. In addition, the role will support policy development for the London Plan and contribute towards the London Infrastructure Framework, which are both in development currently.
The ideal candidate will have expertise or experience in the utilities sector, engineering, infrastructure policy and/or land use planning, and be motivated to work with stakeholders to deliver outcomes for London. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset and enjoy applying analytical and creative thinking skills to address blockers and challenge the status quo.&nbsp; A big part of the role is focused on translating technical outputs for non-technical audiences.

Here at North Kent College, we are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Gravesend team as a Learning Support Practitioner (LSP). As an LSP, you’ll play a key role in supporting students to achieve their full potential in their chosen course on either a 1:1 basis or working with learners in small groups, across a variety of curriculum areas including, Construction, Motor Vehicles, Catering, English and Maths.
As part of the support you provide to these learners, you will be required to go on external visits and/or work placements where applicable. Other responsibilities will include ensuring the completion of administrative work, keeping records up to date and support the College with access arrangements for exams, including invigilation as required.

The post holder will be required to:

About the role
This is a pivotal role within individual giving, helping to plan and develop fundraising strategy, budget management, as well as being responsible for delivering campaigns of significant scale and generating income both now and for the future.
As part of the team generating £15 million per annum, the successful candidate will be responsible for acquisition and retention communications that talk to thousands of individuals, building relationships with supporters across a wide range of marketing channels (including face-to-face, DRTV, direct mail, digital) and different activities, and driving vital income to support the charity’s research and care objectives.
With a large range of activity coming up, individual giving income growing strongly, and investment secured for the future, this is an exciting time to join and contribute to a passionate, experienced and effective team.
About you
You’ll have significant experience of running direct marketing activity to generate income, working with and developing strong relationships with suppliers, and at scale to solicit funds from tens of thousands of supporters.
A well organised person with excellent communication skills, you’ll be managing key external agencies and in-house stakeholders to deliver complex, multi-faceted campaigns. You’ll have a real focus on monitoring key campaign metrics to both optimise existing campaigns but also input into ongoing and future fundraising strategy. You’ll be confident in monitoring and managing significant expenditure budgets, as well as be keen to develop the skills to manage channel budgets and reforecasting.
Working across a range of channels that may include face-to-face, DRTV, email, online, telemarketing and direct mail, you’ll understand supporter motivations, and how to increase supporter engagement and retention; testing and evolving our campaigns to best fit what works for our supporters and ensuring that the Breast Cancer Now brand ethos is at the heart of all communications.
