Salary: £41,200 per annum
Grade: DM Tech 05
Working Location: South London & surrounding area
Persona: Mobile worker - contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required

Join our Customer Resolution Team at L&Q:
Our South London resolution team are looking for a Multi trader Plumber to join our complaints operative team on a permanent basis. The role will cover our South London and neighbouring areas, confirmation on areas covered will be shared during the interview.
It is essential to have a manual driving license to carry out this role as you will be provided with a company van for business use.
Your impact in the role:
Our complaint operative plumbers deal with all aspects of plumbing repairs and replacements of sinks water tanks, and bathrooms. In addition to plumbing they will have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, mould treatment, painting/decorating, patch plastering repairs and minor ground works.
We will expect effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to L&Q and as a first line of contact to our residents. We expect our operatives to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a right first-time service. Limiting repeat visits and increasing satisfaction for our residents.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
What you'll bring:
· Sound working trade knowledge and experience, preferable qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ level or qualified by experience.
· Experience gained within Maintenance, site and/or Housing environment.
· Able to be customer focused and deliver excellent customer service.
· Right first-time approach.
· Health and Safety Conscious.
· Previous experience in a similar role for Housing associations or local authorities preferred but not essential.
· Wide range of Multi trade skills.
· Must have hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed).
