<h4>Our Vacancy</h4>As Damp and Mould Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering an effective, efficient, and customer-first repairs service—focusing on cases involving damp, mould, and condensation. Acting as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal teams, you’ll ensure that all damp and mould issues are investigated and resolved quickly, compliantly, and with empathy.What you’ll do:With a strong understanding of current housing legislation, including Awaab’s Law, you’ll take ownership of medium- to high-risk cases—safeguarding residents’ health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping drive service improvements across the board. Your ability to manage cases from first report through to resolution will be crucial, and your proactive, collaborative approach will help streamline processes and reduce complaints.You’ll work closely with our Repairs Team, regional offices, contractors, and the wider Property Services function to deliver a joined-up, resident-centred service. You’ll attend visits, review repair histories, escalate risks, and identify lessons learned to help strengthen our long-term approach to damp and mould prevention.To succeed in this role, you’ll need to work from the Pitsea office one day per week and spend at least one day in your nominated region (Northeast London, Northwest London, South London, or North Counties). Working within the Public Realm Division, the Sustainable Transport and Engagement team delivers smarter travel and road safety programmes to influence behaviour change towards safer and more sustainable forms of travel.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sustainable Transport Planner to assist in managing and progressing an ambitious project at the forefront of transport planning.&nbsp;
You will help to deliver projects across sustainable and active travel with a focus on shared mobility and decarbonisation of transport.
Working in partnership with an appointed service delivery partner with expertise in this field you will support the planning and delivery of forward looking sustainable and shared mobility networks in Hackney that will accelerate the uptake of cleaner travel options delivering improvements to the air quality in the borough that all residents will benefit from. You will work under direct supervision of a senior transport planner but there will be opportunities to take the lead in some project work.
A relevant degree or equivalent is a minimum requirement. Experience, or further qualifications, in Transport Planning or a relevant skill such as project management would be an advantage. You will receive training in transport planning relevant to your role and project work.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Using your skills in the collection, assembly and analysis of data, you will provide essential background material to inform important decisions.
The role will also support the delivery of statutory and legal obligations related to transportation in a politically sensitive and customer-focused manner such as traffic management orders and Council decision making processes.&nbsp;
The role affords the opportunity to use your initiative and creativity in designing and implementing a public consultation and engagement plan in coordination with the Council’s communications team.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

What you will be doing

<li>Leading the Housing Policy and Enforcement team, managing officers and external contractors to deliver the Council’s housing priorities.</li>
<li>Developing and delivering the Council’s Housing Strategy, Empty Homes Strategy, and Private Sector Housing Grant and Enforcement Policies.</li>
<li>Supporting and enabling affordable housing delivery through strategic partnerships with Registered Providers, Homes England and health sector organisations.</li>
<li>Driving improvements in private sector housing, including the use of enforcement powers, licensing schemes, and grant delivery (e.g. Disabled Facilities Grants).</li>

What you will bring to the role

About the role
The purpose of the direct marketing executive role is to support the charity’s prize-led fundraising activity, which currently consists of two products – the Breast Cancer Now raffle and the Pink Ribbon Lottery. Job Title: Cash Management Officer
Location: Central Office based in Islington (10 minute walk from Highbury &amp; Islington and/or Angel stations) Please note that this location does not have step free access
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 or 9:30 - 17:30. This is a Hybrid role 3 days based in our Head Office and 2 days work from home with occasional visits to our various services.&nbsp;
Salary: £30,600
About the role
We're looking for a Cash Management Officer to join our Finance team to drive the delivery and management of our cashflow forecasts to support central and operational teams with their financial budgets and controls to manage and maximise funds. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive finance team, helping to improve processes, develop financial tools, and deliver training where needed. Your work will ensure financial accuracy and integrity across the Group and its subsidiaries, enabling our services to run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include:

<li>Manage daily banking transactions and reconciliations</li>
<li>Support with weekly cash-flow forecasts and monthly credit card reconciliations</li>
<li>Maintain and update financial records, petty cash, and reporting templates</li>
<li>Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with SIG policies and legal standards</li>
<li>Monitor spending trends and provide clear reports and analysis</li>
<li>Act as a key contact for finance-related enquiries and stakeholder communication</li>
</ul>
About You
We are looking for someone experienced in cash management, a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on structure, accuracy, and making meaningful contributions within a purpose-led organisation. You will need to understand the importance of financial integrity in the not-for-profit sector and be passionate about using your skills to support effective service delivery for those who need it most.
Are you someone who has a positive, can-do attitude to your work and take pride in being highly organised, dependable, and responsive. You’re comfortable working with numbers, systems, and people — and you know how to balance all three effectively in a fast-paced environment.
