effective service.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of the delivery of asset land and property strategy and maximising revenue</li>\n<li>Experience of negotiating land and property disposals</li>\n<li>Experience of preparing comprehensive Heads of Terms and working closely with other departments such as Legal</li>\n<li>Experience of significant building projects including capital construction.</li>\n<li>Experience of interpreting legislation, policy and guidance to contribute to develop local policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Experience of leading, motivating and developing staff</li>\n<li>Experience of following procurement guidelines and policies</li>\n<li>Experience of dealing with land registry</li>\n<li>Experience of working in a
