  • Providing first-line technical support for CCTV systems, PCs, laptops and associated infrastructure within the department.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network and CCTV-related issues, including liaison with external service providers
  • Supporting remote server infrastructure, carrying out daily system checks and helping maintain high availability of critical services.
  • Working with Technical Support Engineers and the Head of Visual Services Network and Infrastructure to implement new hardware, software and infrastructure improvements.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • A Bachelor's degree, HND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in a technical support, IT support or service desk environment.
  • Knowledge of IP and analogue CCTV systems, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Windows Server environments, networking principles and network protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

What we offer:

  • Family-friendly policies, including up to 26 weeks paid maternity and adoption leave.
  • Bespoke benefits platform and Blue Light Card access.
