You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver a range of projects and priorities. Experience of working with vulnerable groups and on issues such as health inequalities or poverty is essential. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You will need to be able to work independently and collaboratively, have a good understanding of local government and/or the voluntary sector, and be committed to improving outcomes for residents, particularly those who are most in need of support. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, as well as the flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
