As a social worker you will be responsible for case managing longer-term, complex caseloads. The Adult Learning disability Teams hold statutory responsibilities for Safeguarding, Reviews, Support Planning and Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS). Successful applicants are likely to receive a hybrid caseload of both type of work.</p> <p>The Adult Learning Disability Team, work with adults aged 18 and over, to identify and care plan for eligible Social Care and Support needs.
