You’ll need to be able to demonstrate evidence of training in related areas as well as a good standard of education and have experience working in an anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive manner.</p>\n<p>Your experience should include collaborative work with other agencies, experience of working in a team and substantial experiences of direct work with young people and their families. You will need a track record of working with challenging behaviour as well as working towards deadlines and being able to accurately update assessment forms and recordings. You will have a strong child-first and strengths-based ethos.</p>\n<p>Above all, you will be looking to improve the lives of children by working with them to build on their strengths and promote a childhood free from exploitation.
