Predominately this will relate to gas, oil-heating, carbon monoxide (CO) detection, renewable energy services and water hygiene but responsibilities may extend to all areas of compliance.</p><p>•Lead on work to service equipment in difficult-to-access properties, collaborating with Neighbourhood Teams, Tenancy Sustainment Teams, solicitors, and other third-party agencies. Be responsible for all case management activities in bringing claims to court and all follow up actions. </p><p>•Promote high standards of resident care via compliance work, ensuring that contact with residents is maximised as opportunities to identify vulnerability and/or property conditions. </p><p>•Compile and report on data relating to all areas of compliance to support the KPI reporting process, including regular system reconciliations. <p><strong>We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team based at Tonbridge Castle.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Tonbridge Castle, Events &amp; Customer Services Manager, you will undertake a customer facing role supporting our telephony service to residents providing excellent multi skilled customer service across all access channels as well as Tonbridge Tourist Information Centre, Castle Attraction and Conference Centre.</p>
<p>Educated to GCSE grade C standard or above in maths and English (or equivalent), you will have previous experience of providing a customer focussed, front-line, public enquiry service. &nbsp;You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrate confident IT skills.</p>
<p>There is a lot to learn, so you must be prepared to assimilate and retain a large amount of information quickly and demonstrate a “can-do” approach to your work. &nbsp;In return we will give you excellent ongoing training and support.</p>

Tenancy Support<br>2.1 The post holder will provide Intensive Housing Management services (on request and as directed by the Housing Officer) over and above what would usually be provided by a housing association to a tenant living in general needs housing, Tenancy Sustainment Policy refers.</p><p>2.2 The post holder will ensure that appropriate records are maintained relating to services provided. </p><p>3. Scheme Safety and Repairs </p><p>3.1 The post holder will make daily ‘routine’ visual checks of all the communal areas ensuring the scheme is secure and hazard free. </p><p>3.2 The post holder will take appropriate action in the event of fire or other emergency in accordance with agreed policies and procedures </p><p>3.3 The post holder will arrange emergency repairs where appropriate to do so in accordance with current policy and procedure, logging those repairs which are not considered an emergency for future action. </p><p>4.
