We are looking for a caring, reliable Female Assistant Support Worker to join Juniper, a small and welcoming supported living service supporting one person with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

This is a truly person-centred role, where respect, trust, and inclusion are at the heart of everything you do. Working closely with a small, collaborative team, you will provide consistent, compassionate support while encouraging independence, wellbeing, and confidence.

You will support with:

Personal care and medication
Everyday life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
Community access and local activities
Following support plans and working safely and responsibly

Shifts:

This role operates on a 2-week rolling rota:

Week 1

Thursday: 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm

Week 2

Wednesday: 3:30pm - 9:00pm
Thursday: 1:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday: 3:30pm - 9:30pm
