This is the first PFI contract to expire at Lewisham Council so this is a new post and a new process. The PFI has 1,829 properties under management and there is a complex commercial environment to be navigated in ensuring that the risks of the expiry process are managed.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What’s the role ?&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>The Housing Directorate is procuring a handback survey currently and having the appropriate technical resources to manage this through to completion is crucial to success. This post would &nbsp;manage the contract for the survey, liaise with the PFI over access and interrogate what comes out of the survey and ensure that the correct works are programmed in.
