We pride ourselves on enabling our learners to meet their individual needs and aspirations and we deliver a learning experience that is unique, enjoyable and rewarding.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to be responsible for the successful development, coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting outcomes of our Security Employment and Skills Programmes across UCG campuses within the Business Development Department.  The post holder will be expected to hold an SIA licence, have knowledge of the security sector, and to provide support to staff, learners and key stakeholders in order to ensure successful achievement of all performance targets, objectives and outputs.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate should have sound organisational skills in order to effectively plan, prioritise and manage a busy workload and manage conflicting demands to ensure deadlines are met. They will be a strong team player with the ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team to develop and maintain effective working relations with staff at all levels. Experience of using Microsoft office and applications including spreadsheets as well as excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills are a must.</p>\n<p>The post holder will need to be able to work flexibly and responsively as part of the team to provide an efficient and responsive customer facing service. The Curriculum Manager will also work to maintain a culture of continuous improvement through self-assessment and other quality initiatives through the College Group. They will develop Teaching, Learning and Assessment improvement strategies in pursuit of an outstanding student experience and will also lead and be responsible for the performance management of direct reports in order to achieve consistently high outcomes.  </p>\n<p>This role will be based at our Willesden Campus.
