To ensure properties and schemes are well managed and maintained ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within our Older Person Services. </li><li> To represent TCH at external agency meetings in relation to individual residents &amp; community safety. </li><li> Work to deliver a high standard of intensive housing management including directing/monitoring contractors for the services required e.g. grounds, window cleaning, cleaning, pest control and any other contracts attached to the service. </li><li> Ensure the safety of staff within working hours by monitoring signing on/off procedures and use of the Peoplesafe/Calendar in line with Lone Working Procedures. </li><li> Support and motivate the team to build communities within our schemes, by looking at opportunities to include the outside community, health professionals and promoting activities to improve health and wellbeing. </li><li> Maintain accurate records in relation to resident’s vulnerability and support requirements, ensuring effective communication internally and with external partners. </li><li> Make appropriate referrals to assist residents to sustain their tenancy and improve their well-being and take steps to ensure customers remain engaged with required support. </li><li> Raise Purchase Orders when required and monitor budget levels within the financial year looking for value for money and savings. </li><li> To deputise for the Independent Living Service Manager at times when they are unavailable due to annual leave, training, meetings or sickness. </li></ul>Tenancy<ul><li> Address, monitor and report any breaches of tenancy. Respond to complaints and tenancy disputes in a timely manner, including preparing papers for court where necessary. </li><li> Ensure viewings and tenancy signups are arranged within the shortest possible timescale and an introductory visit is booked in with the resident by the Independent Living Officers. </li><li> Carry out procedures and administration relating to tenant rights, mutual exchanges, succession, joint/sole tenancies, abandoned properties, notices. </li><li> To support and guide the Independent Living Officers in ASB, ensuring cases are recorded on systems provided and monitor actions and timelines. </li><li> Be an active and flexible participant in resident involvement. Liaise with residents by regularly attending schemes, bi monthly resident meetings/ sheltered panel to promote effective older persons resident involvement. </li><li> Assist the Independent Living Officers with building inspections, identifying elements of maintenance required, report repairs and being proactive in implementing the required works. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness safety and security. </li><li> To manage our Independent Living stock in accordance with the policies and procedures of TCH including managing anti-social behaviour, tenancy management, Safeguarding. </li><li> To work effectively with other internal staff, external partners and agencies to ensure that the services are seamless and tailored to meet the needs and aspirations of the residents, based on clear mutual expectations. </li><li> Work with the Housing Option Team to ensure that the needs of Town &amp; Country older residents are reflected in the local offer in our neighbourhoods, reflecting the make up of our client base. </li><li> Take action in accordance with policy and procedure in all safeguarding concerns. </li></ul>Compliance &amp; Regulation<ul><li> Take responsibility for the security and safety of our Specialist Housing to the agreed level. We’re looking for someone compassionate and experienced in understanding the criminal justice system and offender personality disorder, someone who brings empathy, tailored support and real dedication to help each resident thrive. Penrose Enfield is a vibrant care and rehabilitation service, offering 21 beds in a 24 hour supported accommodation to adults with complex mental health needs. You will join a team which consists of a Service Manager, Deputy Service Manager, a day team of 10, and a night team of 4. We are here to promote independence and give our residents the tools needed to fulfil their lives in the community independently.
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, reablement, and rehabilitation, providing person centred and trauma informed support in a psychologically informed environment (PIE), to empower residents to achieve their goals and improve their well-being. Here, you’ll support individuals transitioning from complex care or acute mental health services to a structured rehabilitation setting. Working closely with the mental health trust community rehabilitation team, you’ll help residents overcome challenging behaviour's and support medication compliance, making a real difference every day. About the role
We are seeking a Dual Diagnosis Worker who has a specialism in mental health and substance use to join our team in Croydon. You will be based within a residential service which provides specialist mental health, complex needs, and dual diagnosis support to our residents. Within this role, you will provide specialist knowledge and experience to support the wider team and residents to help them to overcome their personal barriers.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills. You will be a specialist in comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of your duties will include:
<ul>
<li>Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.</li>
<li>Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.</li>
<li>Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.</li>
<li>Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.</li>
<li>Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
About you
We are looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with experience in interventions, and in a similar role. Qualifications are desirable if paired with practical experience which is relevant to this role. We look at individual characteristics with the ability to engage with various people who may not want to receive the support, able to build trusting professional relationships, and able to demonstrate resilience, solve challenges, and be proactive. About the role
We are seeking a Substance Misuse Worker who has a specialism in mental health and substance use to join our team in Catford. You will be based within a 24 hour service which provides enhanced rehabilitation support to adults who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health, who would benefit from an intensive rehabilitation and recovery-focused approach. Within this role, you will provide specialist knowledge and experience to support the wider team and residents to help them to overcome their personal barriers.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills. You will be a specialist in comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of your duties will include:

About the role
This role will manage the delivery of services for people with primary breast cancer. You will be responsible for implementing business plans, maximising access and take-up of services, and ensuring high quality delivery. Current services include Moving Forward in-person and online services, and our Speakers Live service.

About the role
We are seeking a Dual Diagnosis Worker who has a specialism in complex mental health and substance misuse to join our team in Croydon. This is a residential service which provides specialist mental health, complex needs, and dual diagnosis support to our residents. You will utilise your previous experience and knowledge, and provide specialist support to those who have been diagnosed with mental ill health and have challenges with substance use. You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills.
Within this role, you will act as a specialist for comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of the duties may include:

<li>Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.</li>
<li>Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.</li>
<li>Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.</li>
<li>Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.</li>
<li>Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning.&nbsp;</li>

About you
We’re looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with previous experience in a similar role. We look at individual characteristics to be able to show resilience, solve challenges, and be proactive in your approach. You will have a passion for supporting people to achieve their personal goals, and achieve positive outcomes, this includes having the ability to engage with people who may be hard to reach and engage with. We further are looking for someone who has:

<li>An appropriate qualification which is relevant to the role which could include: National Diploma, Bachelors, or master’s in psychology, Dual Diagnosis, Substance Misuse or any relevant</li>
<li>Previous experience in a similar role, providing holistic assessments and support for people experiencing mental health challenges</li>
<li>Applied knowledge of the principles of risk assessment and risk management, particularly in relation to harm minimisation.</li>
<li>A commitment to promoting recovery, harm reduction, and active involvement in care planning.</li>

The Partnership brings together people and organisations to improve access to and experience of services, shaped by what people with lived experience tell us is important to them. &nbsp;At the heart of this programme is the principle and value of ‘co-production,’ which refers to a way of working where service providers work in equal partnership with people with lived experience of an issue to reach a collective outcome. This approach has been very successful to date and created opportunities for staff and partners to work together with people with experience of homelessness to design, test and implement solutions and influence change.&nbsp;In this role you will lead on all elements of co-production across the Homelessness System Programme to strengthen the programme and ensure it is shaped by the perspectives of those with lived experience at all levels, including strategic planning and service delivery. The role will include hiring, training, supervising and supporting people with lived experience, the Co-producers, to take part by recognising their strengths and sharing power with them.
