About the role
This role will manage the delivery of services for people with primary breast cancer. You will be responsible for implementing business plans, maximising access and take-up of services, and ensuring high quality delivery. Current services include Moving Forward in-person and online services, and our Speakers Live service. 
About you
You care that people with breast cancer are supported to live well. You’ll be experienced in managing people (including dispersed staff), you’ll have the confidence and skills to lead and drive forward growth. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with others and can communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, both orally and in writing. We are seeking a Dual Diagnosis Worker who has a specialism in complex mental health and substance misuse to join our team in Croydon. This is a residential service which provides specialist mental health, complex needs, and dual diagnosis support to our residents. You will utilise your previous experience and knowledge, and provide specialist support to those who have been diagnosed with mental ill health and have challenges with substance use. You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills.
Within this role, you will act as a specialist for comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of the duties may include:

<li>Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.</li>

We’re looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with previous experience in a similar role. You will have a passion for supporting people to achieve their personal goals, and achieve positive outcomes, this includes having the ability to engage with people who may be hard to reach and engage with. We further are looking for someone who has:

As a&nbsp;Senior Support Coach, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service. You’ll support residents and participants to achieve their personal goals around recovery, reablement, and independent living. Our Ideal Candidate:You would be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England and have relevant post qualifying experience. You must have excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with people.You must also have experience of undertaking adult safeguarding enquiries and demonstrate experience of managing and overseeing high volumes of work.
