This is a position for an experienced practitioner as a social worker. We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our staying together team for parament position in the team.

As a SW, you will have responsibility for managing a caseload of more complex and higher need families in crises to prevent break down and entering them in the care system. In this role you will build positive, supportive, and respectful relationships with families.

This will require working in a supported practice environment that respectfully challenges and enables you to use your professional judgement, autonomy, experience, knowledge, and skills. These all form the key aspects of our Signs of Safety practice model which we use when working with children, families and the wider professional network.

Candidates must hold a relevant social work qualification and be registered with the professional regulator for social work (Social Work England). For the full list of essential and desirable criteria for this role, please refer to the Person Specification within the attached Job Description.
