This provision will be part of the Hawkswood group of schools which provides alternative provision to children temporarily out of school. We will be offering a short-term behavioural and educational intervention for children aged 11-16 who are struggling with regulating their behaviour in mainstream school, as well as a small number of pupils who have been permanently excluded. Both of these roles, will be expected to deliver the implementation of the College Group’s quality improvement strategies for elements of the current OFSTED framework. The Curriculum Manager will also work to maintain a culture of continuous improvement through self-assessment and other quality initiatives through the College Group. They will develop Teaching, Learning and Assessment improvement strategies in pursuit of an outstanding student experience and will also lead and be responsible for the performance management of teaching staff in order to achieve consistently high outcomes.</p>\n<p>The role will be based at our City of Westminster College Campus at Paddington Green.
