We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic Early Years team. This rewarding role will involve supporting children's learning through a combination of 1:1 support, small group interventions and whole-class activities, helping every child to flourish and reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a positive and enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be flexible, proactive and willing to adapt to the needs of the children and the school.
- Ideally have experience of delivering phonics (although this is desirable rather than essential).
- Be keen to contribute to the wider life of our vibrant school community.

Salary range
- £25,185 - £25,989 per year
