An evolving role with new work streams in the future team plan.<ul>\n<li>Development and delivery of Road Safety initiatives and training courses.</li>\n<li>Deliver driver assessments and assess assessors.</li>\n<li>Review and update current practices and procedures.</li>\n</ul><br><b>About you</b><br><br>Essential criteria:<ul>\n<li>You must have excellent teaching or coaching skills and be able to deliver courses both physically in venues across Hertfordshire as well as online via a digital platform (currently Zoom).</li>\n<li>Hold a training or teaching qualification.</li>\n<li>You will be an existing NDORS licenced Trainer.</li>\n<li>Training will be provided by NDORS Licenced Instructors and regular monitoring provided by our own HCC internal monitors.</li>\n<li>Trainers will be required to deliver courses across 6 days from 08:00 - 21:00.</li>\n<li>There are also opportunities for NDORS instructor training as well as internal monitoring training.</li>\n<li>SCD practical trainer - DVSA registered ADI at a minimum of grade B.</li>\n<li>Hold a behaviour change qualification.</li>\n</ul>Desirable:<ul>\n<li>Fleet licence</li>\n<li>Approved Driving Instructor licence (ADI).</li>\n<li>RoSPA Silver or Gold award.</li>\n<li>Assessors qualification.</li>\n</ul><br><br>This job role is within the Community Services, level COM9 job profile.
