About the role

Are you passionate about developing people and helping leaders thrive?

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning & Development Advisor to join our team and help shape the development of our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences that enable individuals, teams and organisations to perform at their best.

A key focus of the role will be leadership and management development. We're particularly interested in someone who has successfully designed, delivered and evaluated leadership and management programmes and who understands how to build the confidence, capability and behaviours that great leaders and managers need to succeed. Alongside this, you'll contribute to a broad range of learning and development initiatives, supporting workforce development priorities and organisational change through innovative and impactful learning solutions.

What will you be doing?

You'll spend your time helping to turn development needs into learning solutions that make a genuine difference. Whether you're designing a new leadership programme, facilitating an engaging workshop, creating digital learning resources or evaluating the impact of a development initiative, you'll be focused on ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

This is a varied role that combines creativity with practical delivery. You'll have the opportunity to influence how learning is developed across the organisation, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to support workforce development. You'll also play an important role in supporting change, developing future talent and helping to build a strong leadership and management culture across our organisation.

About you

You are an experienced learning and development professional who is passionate about helping people grow and achieve their potential. You have a track record of designing and delivering engaging leadership and management development programmes and understand how effective learning can drive both individual and organisational success.

You'll be confident facilitating learning with a range of audiences, able to build credibility quickly and skilled at creating development solutions that are both practical and impactful. You'll bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine curiosity about new ways of learning.

Ideally, you'll hold a recognised learning and development qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, and have experience of blended learning design, learning needs analysis and evaluating learning effectiveness. Most importantly, you'll be someone who is committed to continuous improvement and excited by the opportunity to shape the future development of our people.
