Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personal care including washing, dressing, continence care and mobility support
  • Support residents with medication in accordance with policy and training

  • Promote independence and enable residents to maintain daily living skills
  • Provide emotional support and reduce social isolation
  • Respond to emergency calls within the scheme
  • Accurately complete care and medication records
  • Work collaboratively with housing staff, families and external professionals
  • Adhere to company, safeguarding, infection control and health & safety policies and procedures

About You

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following

  • Caring, respectful and person-centred in your approach
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Calm and responsive in emergency situations
  • Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • Good communication and basic IT skills
  • Previous experience in care is welcomed; full training provided

What We Offer

  • At least London Living wage for all Apprentices

  • Ongoing supervision and development opportunities
  • Opportunity to undertake funded qualifications
  • Supportive management and team environment
  • Pension scheme
