Job IntroductionROLE OF THE JOB Our Hexham Area Construction team requires a Highways Civil Engineering Team Leader to lead a team of Skilled Operatives/Operative drivers. They will lead in the delivery of all aspects of highways works from LTP to Integrated Transport safety schemes REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• You will be knowledgeable in all aspects of highways works as well as current legislation and best practice. As well as show all the required attributes within the Job Description.
• You must be able to lead a team by example in a cost effective and timely manner in line with programmes and budget allocations. They will report directly to the Senior Construction Team Leader and the Area Construction Manager.
