About the role

At Hammersmith & Fulham, we are ambitious in reforming the council to ensure this is a place for everybody. Within the Environment Department, we offer a wide range of services to help make the borough an attractive place, one that is safe, clean and green and one in which our residents take pride.

Do you have hands-on experience managing library ICT systems and infrastructure? Do you have expertise in library management systems (LMS) implementation and support? Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance library services? Do you want to lead digital innovation?

You will manage all current and future ICT systems across our library service, including the library management system, self-service kiosks and public network booking systems. Working as part of the Libraries Management Team, you will deliver high-quality technology services aligned to customer needs while supporting library staff across five community library locations in West London. You will be responsible for ensuring systems are robust, secure, and meet the needs of both staff and the public.

Our mission is to be the best council. To do this we need the best people to help build our vision. If you’re looking to develop your career in a fast-paced, professional environment whilst making a difference, then we look forward to hearing from you.
