Our Vacancy
Join our Voids Team as a Decorator Multi Trade and play a key role in transforming empty properties into safe, welcoming homes. If you're a skilled decorator with a strong multi-trade background and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you. Working across our housing stock, you'll help us prepare homes quickly and efficiently for new tenants
What you'll do
You'll carry out decorating and property refurbishment works in void homes, working from specifications to meet our re-let standards. From painting and finishing to supporting wider maintenance tasks, you'll work independently and alongside other trades to deliver excellent results, while maintaining high standards of health and safety and customer service.
What you'll need
We're looking for an experienced decorator with a broad multi-trade skillset, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality workmanship. You'll be organised, dependable, able to work with minimal supervision, and hold a full UK driving licence. Previous social housing experience and relevant trade qualifications would be an advantage.

- Annual Salary of £38,000 - £40,660
- 25 days, increasing to 28 days at 5-years service and 30 days at 10-years service
