17.5 hours per week- 46 weeks per year- term time only.
Anticipated hours will be 8am –11.30a.m.

The Governors of Stockbridge Village Primary School are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic administrator, with strong organisational and communication skills, to join our busy administration team. The successful candidate will be professional, reliable and committed to providing a welcoming, efficient and effective service for our school.
Candidates should have experience of working in a busy school environment or similar setting, experience of Sims.net and FMS would be beneficial. Candidates must be willing to attend any training required as part of the role.
He/she will provide reception and administrative support to the school, under the guidance of the School Business Manager and Headteacher. He/she must be a team player who is able to work under pressure and to deadlines, the ability to multi-task is a must.
As a member of our school, you are expected to demonstrate consistently high standards of principled and professional conduct. You should always uphold and demonstrate the school values and principles within our school policies.
The role will include, amongst other duties:
- Provision of clerical support such as photocopying, filing and emailing.
- Production and distribution of correspondence.
- Operation of the ‘ParentPay’ system for dinner money
- Reception duties, answering the telephone and face to face enquiries, and signing visitors in and out.
- Operation of the SIMS management information system.
- Any other duties as directed by the School Business Manager and Headteacher.
