Would you like to play an active role in delivering a service that supports residents, businesses and the local property market across Greenwich? Are you looking for a role where you can develop new skills, broaden your experience and make a genuine difference?

We are looking for a part-time Planning Support Officer to join our Systems Team and help deliver the Council's Local Land Charges service. The information we provide plays an important role in the home-buying process and supports thousands of property transactions every year.

Experience of Local Land Charges work would be welcomed, but more importantly we are looking for someone who:

  • is a motivated self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of their work
  • can manage a varied and deadline-driven workload
  • is keen to learn new skills and technologies
  • enjoys identifying opportunities to improve and develop services
  • is committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • works well both independently and as part of a supportive team

This role is ideal for someone seeking a meaningful and rewarding part-time position with flexibility around working patterns and days.
