Our Team:

The Environment and Regeneration Administration Team are looking for a Clerical Officer to join a busy team. The team are the first point of call for all visitors to Runcorn Town Hall and Municipal Building, and part of the role is to ensure visitors are greeted in a professional manner and directed to their destination with the minimum of fuss. Various clerical duties will also be undertaken to support the wider Directorate.

Hours: 37 per week, on a rota-basis to cover Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.40pm

Your Contributions:

• To carry out Reception Duties in a professional manner.
• To carry out a wide range of general office tasks with relevant IT experience required.
• To be able to arrange and book meetings.
• To be able to work to deadlines.
