Housing
£58,551 per year

We are recruiting a Neighbourhood Engagement & Partnerships Manager to join our award-winning team within the Housing & Regeneration Directorate of the council. It’s an exciting time to join the service as we are transforming the way we engage with and deliver services to our 21,000 tenants and leaseholders.

Experience of working in a diverse inner-city area and a good understanding of the social housing regulations is important.

Some key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver our Tenant & Leaseholder Engagement Strategy, putting residents at the core of our service delivery.
  • Working with residents and internal and external stakeholders to develop Neighbourhood Action Plans for each of our 27 neighbourhoods and work collectively to deliver the actions.
  • Lead on the support provided to the 31 Tenants and Residents Associations, including around their governance and capacity building and ensure that their views are fed into service development.
  • Lead on developing and delivering a resident capacity building programme, that enhances the knowledge and skills of residents to support their meaningful involvement in, and delivery of engagement activities and community services.
Our Benefits
  • Competitive salary.
