This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engagement and partnerships professional to play a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation's presence and impact across the region. You will lead the delivery of a regional engagement strategy, working with stakeholders from across multiple sectors to build productive partnerships, promote collaboration, and increase awareness and uptake of our services.

The role requires a confident communicator who can influence at all levels, represent the organisation externally and identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing services through strategic engagement. Through your ability to build networks, deliver regional events, support communications and marketing activity, and share market insights, you will help shape regional and organisational priorities while ensuring those most in need can access the support and guidance available to them.

Job description

Role Overview

The Regional Partnership Manager will report directly to England Partnership Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organisation with various external stakeholders across private, public, and third sectors.
  • Own the development and implementation of the engagement strategy and business plan for the region.
  • Drive increased traffic and engagement with our guidance and services to support improved business and customer outcomes, especially for those most in need.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that regional delivery aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Plan and deliver forums and events, manage communications and external affairs for the region to facilitate cross-sector collaboration and improve customer access to help and support.
  • Share strategic approaches and good practices related to debt, money, and pensions advice with external stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage reputation within the region.
  • Engage with employers to explore and deliver propositions that help employees manage their finances better.
  • Foster collaboration between organisations in the region to maximise impact for those needing support, guidance, and advice.
  • Support marketing campaigns and conduct local media interviews where applicable.
  • Share insights and trends from external interactions to shape future strategies.

Our Recruitment Process

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Open: 14th July , Deadline: 28th July

Your application will consist of your most up to date CV detailing your experience and a covering letter to highlight your skills in how you meet the essential criteria. This cover letter should be no more than 1,000 words.

Step 2: Telephone Interview

Between: 15th July – 29th July

Candidates who meet the initial criteria will be invited to a friendly, informal telephone interview with the Reed team. This is an opportunity to discuss your experience and gain further insight into the role.

Step 3: Final Stage Interview

Friday 07th August (Subject to change)

The final stage of the interview process will be held virtually, via TEAMS and will focus on a series of competency-based questions and a presentation designed to assess your skills and experience.
