We have a great career opportunity for a Property Manager with block/estate management experience, to join a large and organically growing market leading property managing agent. About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Estates Surveyor to help manage and enhance the Council’s diverse land and property portfolio. You’ll deliver a professional, efficient estates service—handling lettings and landlord/tenant matters, negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, carrying out valuations and inspections, instructing Legal on transactions, and contributing to our disposals programme. You’ll also respond to property enquiries from residents, tenants, Council Members and colleagues.
