The role of the Lead Therapeutic Practitioner is to provide a high level of professional therapeutic practice using appropriate interventions that are outcome focused and evidence based.The successful candidate will undertake complex assessments and formulations and recommend appropriate interventions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with networks/wider partners. The postholder will also be responsible for mentoring and professional developmental support, including advice and guidance to less experienced staff.You will participate in an On Call rota to provide therapeutic support and intervention outside office hours to ensure outcome focused achievements for children, young people and their families.For the role, we ask that you have: <ul><li>A relevant Level 6 (Degree) qualification.
