We’re seeking a Director of Property to set a clear, data driven estate strategy; deliver a safe, compliant and efficient portfolio; and unlock social, financial and environmental value. This is a broad, visible leadership role. You’ll hold end to end responsibility for asset management, strategic planning and investment decisions, aligning footprint, utilisation and condition to service needs, modern ways of working and climate commitments. You’ll lead our facilities management activities (hard and soft) and the capital programme, to ensure rigorous compliance, and embed proactive lifecycle planning and risk management. What’s the role? This is a new role with the opportunity to shape the service, bringing together people, teams and processes into a coherent, customer centred corporate landlord model that: •&nbsp; &nbsp; Uses strong data, KPIs and governance to drive decisions •&nbsp; &nbsp; Delivers intelligent asset reviews, acquisitions and disposals •&nbsp; &nbsp; Ensures safe, timely and value for money planned and capital works •&nbsp; &nbsp; Strengthens contract and supplier management to deliver quality and social value The current teams are c110 strong with combined annual revenue budgets of over £12m (split 40:60 staff and external spend) and annual capital spend in the region if £10m-£15m depending on level of inward investment secured. The team also manage corporate utility contracts of c£20m per year and an annual leasing income stream from commercial assets in the region of £6m. Of note, the Council is excited to welcome Goldsmiths University’s commitment to be a new anchor tenant in Catford town centre in 2027. This requires a restacking of the civic complex for all tenants, including the Council, and a programme of investment to ensure the availability and condition of the complex meets their requirements for the coming 10-15 years at least. Job Title:&nbsp;Female Recovery Worker&nbsp;
Location:&nbsp;Based within Croydon. Please be kindly aware there is no step free access at this location and some of our other sites.
Salary:&nbsp;£27,000
Shift Pattern:&nbsp;37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, working 12.5 hour shifts on a rota 08:00 - 20:30, including a break. You may be required to work outside these hours as well as bank holidays in line with the needs of the service.
<h4>About the Role</h4>
We're hiring a Recovery Worker to join the team in Croydon which is a 24/7 accommodation service which provides high support to females with forensic mental health needs, complex needs and dual diagnosis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing person centred support, to help our residents overcome personal challenges, and meet their desired goals/outcomes. You will do this through various support plans and interventions, running and participation of activities, and working alongside various internal and external partners.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities Include:

<li>Being the main support worker for a group of residents, helping to create and update their support and risk plans.</li>
<li>Plan, run and engage in activities such as games, celebrations, and movies or out of service activities such as planned days out to encourage social interaction while confidently lone working and managing the service.</li>
<li>Help residents understand their rights, build confidence and become more independent as they return to the community.</li>
<li>Notice when someone’s mental health is getting worse and take action to stop things from reaching a crisis.</li>
<li>Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns when needed.</li>
<li>Support residents with taking their medication and keep accurate records. Build good working relationships with colleagues and outside agencies.</li>

<li>Understanding of key legislation and best practice in mental health, safeguarding, and social care.</li>
