Business Support Team Leader – Youth Justice Service

About The RoleBirmingham Children's Trust (BCT) are seeking an External Business Growth Manager. This exciting new post will be responsible for developing the Business Growth element of the Trust, enhancing our networks with other local authorities and children’s trusts to maximise improvement income.The successful candidate would support the development and coordination of existing and emerging improvement offers in collaboration with BCT’s Academy and service areas, conduct market testing to assess the wider children’s services improvement landscape in line with national reforms, and align this work with the Trust 2025 programme.
