About the role
We're looking for a Mental Health Floating Support Coordinator to join our team which delivers support to individuals living within the community who have support needs pertaining to their mental health and wellbeing.&nbsp;
In this role you will support adults aged 18+ who have a primary mental health need, including complex needs and dual diagnosis to create personalised support plans and proactive support work to engage them with the opportunities available for them to live independently within the community.&nbsp;
You will support with all aspects of supporting our participants to develop their social skills and independent living skills to help them manage their mental health, delivering crisis prevention.
About you
We're looking for someone who has a true passion for what we do as an organisation, and particularly in supporting those who have suffered from mental health and may have other complex needs. Our community and residents needs are at the forefront of service delivery, so someone who can build trusting professional relationships is key. We require a committed, enthusiastic and experienced Officer Supervisor as soon as
possible to join this lively and successful 11-18 Secondary School. The successful candidate
will be responsible for the administration services for the school and line management of
the Main Office, Reception and Student Services staff. In addition to that, under the line
management of the Assistant Headteacher, and working alongside the Educational
Welfare Officer, the postholder will also manage the school’s attendance system and to
provide support to students and parents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, administration and leadership
skills; an adaptable and flexible approach in identifying new and better ways to meet
organisational aims; and the ability to exhibit initiative as a manager and work
constructively as part of a team.
Previous experience in a senior office role, ideally within an education sector, would be
desirable. The Office Supervisor will need to have strong computer literacy skills in all
Microsoft applications due to the nature of this role. You will be responsible for running a
central office team and therefore previous management experience is desirable, along
with exceptional organisation skills.

We are now seeking a compassionate and driven Senior Co-Ordinator to lead our Wellbeing Daycare services and help shape the future of community care in Epsom &amp; Ewell.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre and its services, including the Dementia Hub, Community Transport, and Meals at Home. You will lead a dedicated team of Coordinators, Care Assistants, and Service leaders, Driver Technicians and volunteers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care and support.
You will:

<li>&nbsp;Oversee service delivery and compliance with health and safety standards</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage budgets, set fees, and contribute to business planning</li>

We require as soon as possible an enthusiastic, well organised and self-motivated person to join our administration team at this successful 11-18 Secondary School.
We are looking for Data &amp; Exams Officer to work with the school's Data Manager, and to work alongside the current Data and Exams Officers. The successful applicant will ensure data is collected, collated, analysed and manipulated then distributed in accordance with the school schedule. You will work with the Data Manager to produce student reports and manage the school Parents’ Evening booking system. The successful candidate will support in the preparation and analysis of data for external bodies, and in the running of external and internal examinations. You will be able to use a variety of computer packages including Excel and Arbor for the analysis of student data and to assist with the organisation of exams across the school
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Administration Team, supporting the School and its community.&nbsp; Previous experience of a similar position would be desirable but not essential as training will be given.&nbsp;
